Founded by Steve Rogai, a Tampa native with 12 years of experience in the residential construction and residential finance industry, Titan is dedicated to the improvement and growth of the great state of Florida.
It is with dedication and commitment that we are members of the U.S. Green Building Council by using eco-friendly and energy efficient materials in our homes whenever possible. We are also members of the Tampa Bay Builders Association, The National Association of Home Builders, and the Better Business Bureau.
